Schedule:
Mon Fri, 7:30a 5:30p (810 hour shifts) COVERAGE DATES 3 days per week, for 3 months (12 shifts/month estimated)

Active Illinois license Board:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology DEA:
Active DEA required
Certifications:
ACLS required; CSR license required
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in specialty Other
Qualifications:
Ability to coordinate care with multidisciplinary cancer team DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide direct patient care including consultations, admissions, and follow-up care Conduct hospital rounding as needed Collaborate with in-practice APPs for patient management Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary cancer team
