Position Overview
The Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute (BCDI) seeks a Pediatric Hematologist (Ped Hem) to join their established and industry-leading team in Peoria, Illinois (IL). We are seeking a like‑minded individual who is focused on providing integrated, patient‑focused, family‑oriented, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities- 2 days of clinic per week (less than 10 patients per day)
- 2-3 days dedicated to research, supported by an experienced research team with a vast opportunity to publish
- Mentoring available to see both pediatric and adult hematology patients with the option to focus on hemostasis and thrombosis or vascular anomalies – variety of patients seen
- Ability to work with medical students and residents during rotations
- Practicing and upcoming 2026 and 2027 fellows are encouraged to apply
- Base range of $200,000‑280,000
- Sign‑on bonus of $50,000
- Negotiable annual student loan support and PSLF eligible site
