Position Overview

The Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute (BCDI) seeks a Pediatric Hematologist (Ped Hem) to join their established and industry-leading team in Peoria, Illinois (IL). We are seeking a like‑minded individual who is focused on providing integrated, patient‑focused, family‑oriented, and compassionate care.

• 2 days of clinic per week (less than 10 patients per day)
• 2-3 days dedicated to research, supported by an experienced research team with a vast opportunity to publish
• Mentoring available to see both pediatric and adult hematology patients with the option to focus on hemostasis and thrombosis or vascular anomalies – variety of patients seen
• Ability to work with medical students and residents during rotations
• Practicing and upcoming 2026 and 2027 fellows are encouraged to apply

• Base range of $200,000‑280,000
• Sign‑on bonus of $50,000
• Negotiable annual student loan support and PSLF eligible site
