Collaborate with APPs for consults, follow-ups, orders, and patient management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses:
Active Illinois license
Board:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
DEA:
Active DEA required
Certifications:
ACLS required; CSR license required
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in specialty
Other
Qualifications:
Ability to coordinate care with multidisciplinary cancer team
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct patient care including consultations, admissions, and follow-up care
Conduct hospital rounding as needed
Collaborate with in-practice APPs for patient management
Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary cancer team
Provide coverage when the PRN Medical Oncologist is not on-site
