Opportunity Details

• Reasonable volume and well‑paced environment; work 5 days per week in our office in Peoria
• The department works closely with all supporting services, including Occupational/Physical Therapists, Industrial Rehabilitation, Radiology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care specialists, and Neurosurgery
• Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused on the intersection of healthcare and engineering
• Clinic Hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM - 4 PM
• Candidates must be trained in Family Medicine, have additional training in Occupational Medicine
• Occupational Health providers currently see patients for Occupational Health and DOT visits in addition to Walk‑Ins
• Salary range –  294K to  300K
