• Weekday call shared -- weekend call with 2 physicians rounding
• Patients discharged must be rounded on by 10 am
• 100% adolescent population -- ages 4 - 11 and 12 - 18
• Inpatient setting
• Average census 20 - 25 patients; patients divided among physicians
• Fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry required
• ACLS and PALS certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
