St Jude Catholic School is currently seeking a PreK aide to inspire and educate young people in faith and academics. • The classroom aide assists the homeroom teacher in providing engaging and effective instruction in accordance with Catholic values and academic standards.
• Small group/individual instruction:
  Under the guidance of a certified teacher, plan and deliver instruction that addresses the needs of diverse learners.
• Faith Integration:
  Incorporate Catholic teachings and values into daily instruction and activities.
• Student Engagement:
  Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to achieve their best.
• Assessment:
  Assist the teaching staff in evaluating and monitoring student progress through various assessment tools.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with teachers, parents, and administration to ensure student success and community building.
• Professional Development:
  Stay current with educational best practices and participate in ongoing training to enhance teaching skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or another field
• Commitment to Catholic values and the mission of Catholic education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience teaching in a Catholic school or faith-based setting
• Experience working with differentiated instruction for diverse learners

• Formation and professional training in an excellent Catholic School setting
• Salary Range: $15 - $18.50 per hour
• Paid Time Off
