Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with students to foster a positive learning atmosphere.

* Provide individualized academic and career guidance tailored to each student's needs and aspirations.

* Monitor student attendance and performance, proactively identifying those needing additional support.

* Assist students in navigating campus resources and academic services to promote their success.

* Collaborate with faculty to create and implement intervention strategies for at-risk students.

* Conduct orientation sessions and workshops to inform and engage students with available resources.

* Document student interactions and track progress to evaluate academic outcomes.

* Organize and promote engagement activities to enhance student community and career readiness.
