Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Previous experience as a Sign Language Interpreter in educational settings preferred
  • Ability to assess and adapt to student and staff communication needs
  • State and national interpreter certifications as required
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective communication between Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing students and staff
  • Interpret classroom discussions, events, and extracurricular activities
