Job Description
Right At School provides local school districts with before‑and‑after school extended‑day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. The mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind by building a team of mission‑driven individuals passionate about fostering a love of learning and creating safe, engaging experiences for children.

LocationDunlap School District
HoursMonday - Friday, 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm (except Wednesday, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm). Hours may vary by individual school.
Your Mission as an Educator- Daily Program Meetings: Each day, review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and maintain team accountability.
- Organize & Facilitate Daily
Activities:
Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring alignment with program objectives. Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages. - Leading by Example: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children enjoy themselves while meeting program goals through positive guidance and effective classroom management.
- Prioritize Safety and Joy: Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, follow all safety protocols, and document attendance, incidents, and other observations.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Works well in a team environment
- At least 1 year of verifiable experience working with children under 13 years in a childcare group‑type setting
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and a commitment to healthy living
- Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
- Ability to meet state‑specific requirements
- At least 1 year of verifiable experience working with children under 13 years in a childcare/school setting
- First Aid and CPR (in‑person; must be obtained within 30 days of employment if required)
- Cleared tuberculosis test (must be obtained within 30 days of employment if required)
- Proof of MMR (documentation may be provided if required)
- 18+ years of age
- Proof of high school diploma/GED required
