The Board Certified Behavior Analyst supports students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs by designing and overseeing evidence-based behavior intervention plans. This role collaborates closely with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes and a supportive school environment across the district.

On-Site in Cook County, IL - School Year: 2026/2027
- Complete behavior assessments and interpret findings to identify drivers of student behavior.
- Build individualized behavior support plans that target measurable skill‑building and behavior change.
- Coach school staff on consistent implementation of behavior strategies across learning settings.
- Set up and maintain behavior data systems, reviewing progress to adjust interventions as needed.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to support carryover and alignment of plans.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Experience supporting early elementary learners (K–2) in a school‑based setting.
- Ability to work on‑site and follow the scheduled school‑day hours.
