Are you a former educator or experienced homeschool parent who loves the energy of middle schoolers but wants the flexibility of a 2-day work week? Are you seeking small class size? We are seeking a versatile classroom leader to teach core subjects in a faith-based environment--no grueling 5-day public school grind required.
You will be providing interesting lecture, project-based learning, and engaging lessons using established Christian curriculum while including the Biblical worldview in each subject area: literature/English/spelling, mathematics, general science, and humanities/history.

Private tutoring or 1-on-1 coaching experience alone does not meet the qualifications for this classroom teaching role.
We are a faith-based institution and require agreement with our Statement of Faith.
Responsibilities- Create and deliver dynamic lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote a positive learning atmosphere
- Provide support to students who require additional assistance by implementing innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced training, but not necessarily a teaching certificate.
- Born-again Christian who loves the Lord, is active in a local church, loves children
- Proven experience in teaching
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of curriculum development principles and educational best practices
- Proficiency in literacy education and numeracy skills development
- Ability to calculate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
