Position OverviewThe Instructional Designer will design learning assets across multiple modalities, including eLearning, job aids, and videos, in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders. This role partners with a strong dealer network to build learning solutions that support employee development and business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Design learning assets across multiple modalities (eLearning, job aids, videos) in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Develop learning modules focused on rental and used equipment topics using the Articulate 360/Rise platform.
- Coordinate with Global Dealer Learning (GDL) on course review and publishing into the Dealer Performance Center (DPC).
- Manage and post content to the dealer portal.
- Validate learning content and incorporate feedback from Rental SMEs.
- Ensure all content adheres to DPC guidelines.
- Works closely with a Learning Consultant and subject matter experts.
- Onsite, office-based role located in Peoria, IL.
