As an Instructional Designer, you'll develop and deliver training modules, courses, and programs that keep our client customer service processes sharp, relevant, and effective. You'll apply proven instructional design standards, measure training impact, and continuously improve the learning experience for a growing team.

Job Title: Instructional Designer

Location: Peoria, IL

Contract: 06 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour on W2

• Develop and deliver training modules, courses, and programs aligned to customer service processes
• Gather performance data to measure training effectiveness and monitor ROI
• Review and maintain training materials for compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Apply ADDIE models and adult learning principles to instructional design work
• Conduct business needs analysis to inform training design
• Partner with the training team (13 members, reporting to the Work Director) to deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences
• Travel up to 10% domestically as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Instructional Design (or equivalent relevant background).
• 2+ years of relevant work experience (or 4+ years with an Instructional Design Certificate in lieu of degree).
• Demonstrated experience in instructional design using ADDIE models.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles.
• Proven ability to create training courses and perform business needs analysis.
• Strong customer focus, service excellence, and consulting mindset.
• Solid decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and relationship management across internal/external stakeholders.
• Comparable backgrounds welcome:
  Curriculum Designer, ISD, Education Designer, Training Designer, L&D Specialist.
