English Adjunct Instructor

• Provide instruction to students according to course curriculum
• Participate in Methodist College’s general education assessment program
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback
• Prepare effectively for class consistent with course objectives and course outline
• Adhere to classroom protocol established in the Methodist College Faculty Handbook
• Respond to and evaluate student learning using appropriate means
• Grade papers, tests, projects, and other assignments and provide feedback
• Submit grades to the Registrar at midterm and course completion
• Establish and maintain posted office hours for students
• Participate in the annual College adjunct self-reflection and evaluation process
• Deliver required course content through learning management software

• Master’s Degree in English

Demonstrates expertise in delivering course content and evaluating student performance while adhering to institutional protocols. Proficient in utilizing learning management software to enhance student learning and engagement.
