- Teach assigned Biology and Chemistry courses and labs
- Ensure a quality learning environment for all students
- Plan, organize, implement, and assess assigned academic experiences
- Provide instruction as delineated by course curriculum
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback
- Respond to and evaluate student learning through appropriate means
- Grade papers, tests, projects, and other assignments
- Submit grades to the Registrar at midterm and course completion
- Participate in the annual College adjunct self-reflection and evaluation process
- Deliver required course content in learning management software
- Demonstrate Carle Values in teaching and academic activities
- Master's Degree in Biology (Required)
- Master's Degree in Chemistry
- Ability to teach Biology and Chemistry courses and labs
- Ability to provide instruction according to course curriculum
- Ability to evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback
- Ability to grade papers, tests, projects, and other assignments
- Ability to submit grades to the Registrar at midterm and course completion
