Job Summary

Fehr Graham is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to join our Engineering department in Peoria, IL. The role focuses on bridge inspection, design, and team leadership.

$140,000 - $180,000 / year

Peoria, IL

• Provide bridge inspection and design services.
• Actively lead, develop and grow the structural engineering team.
• Be familiar with structural components.
• Work cross functionally with the Transportation team on projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 7 to 11 years of experience designing steel and concrete structures.
• Licensed structural engineer in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin or ability to obtain licensure.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and code requirements.
• Experience developing design and construction plans.
  
  Proficiency with structural engineering software.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
