Overview
INTEGRIS seeks a controls engineer with a broad technical background including PLC/HMI/SCADA programming, robitics, hardware selection and interfacing, and use of CAD tools. Prefer 5+ years of experience. The successful candidate will possess a diverse set of skills and interests and will serve on multiple project teams.
Desired Qualifications- PLC, HMI, SCADA programming
- Interfacing sensors and actuators
- Use of communication busses such as CAN and SSI
- Experience controlling hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of control theory, PID tuning, stability analysis
- Experience with a variety of controls hardware
- Component selection and BOM creation
- Power distribution
- Industrial robots
- CODESYS, RMC Tools, EPLAN
- AutoCAD Electrical
- Solid Works (experience a plus)
- MATLAB/Simulink (experience a plus)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Diverse interests and skill set, with an ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Mechanical and/or structural experience (a plus)
- Experience estimating and quoting projects
- FMEA and design reviews
- Familiarity with code compliance
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Background check will be conducted
