Mechanical Engineer with experience in design, development, and testing of wheel motors used in off‑highway vehicles such as construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and mining trucks.

• 8+ years' experience designing drive trains for off‑highway vehicles.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed design specifications and drawings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and cost requirements.

• Conduct simulations and physical tests to validate wheel motor and drivetrain performance.
• Analyze test data and make necessary design adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source components.
• Oversee the production and assembly of prototypes.

• Strong background in gearing and bearing concepts.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and service teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to wheel motor performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in motor design, preferably in the off‑highway vehicle industry.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of motor control systems and power electronics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Hands‑on experience building and repairing wheel motors.
