• Provide technical guidance and quality oversight, including code review, of all electrical engineering work on projects.
• Supervise technical training and development of staff.
• Establish and improve standards, practices, guidelines, and specifications for the electrical discipline.
• Serve as Engineer of Record.
• Offer on‑the‑spot technical and cost‑estimate advice.
• Coordinate with all disciplines, including outside consultants.
• Interface technically with code officials and contractors.

• Accomplished electrical engineer/PE.
• 8+ years of progressive technical experience in the design of power distribution, lighting, life safety, and telecommunications systems.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they meet contract specifications and technical standards on time and within budget.
• Self‑motivated with highly developed verbal, written and interpersonal skills; well organized and takes good notes.

The projected range for this position is $136,000‑$175,000 annually. Depending on skill, experience, location, and market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
