Job Summary

MBOM creation using Vismockup. Standard work updates Station Layout updates and Optimization Material layout and Material flow optimization Read and interpret Engineering drawings and blueprints. Study time, motion, and methods to establish standard production rate and improve efficiency. Experience in using AutoCAD, Vismockup, Vis Jack Potential failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) Experience in working with stakeholders like Material Logistics, Quality, Production, Maintenance, etc.

Plant Efficiency Improvements Jig & Fixture concept designs Implement changes to improve overall performance. Look for ergonomic improvements and work with Caterpillar EHS team to design improved processes and / or equipment (examples include adding lift or tilt tables, hoists, and conveyor). Need to communicate (verbal, written, & ppt documents) project details clearly and concisely to Caterpillar leaders.

Maximum Salary (US): 99000 Minimum Salary (US): 59000

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
