Experience:

Mechanical Engineering degree with 3-7+ years of experience

Note:

This role is NOT testing, they are designing the tests in collaboration with various different component teams

Job Description:

Artie's group has multiple subgroups, but this role is apart of the test design/builds section of Artie's team and will work in conjunction with multiple groups across the Tech Center to design test-stands for various CAT products (great way to get visibility at CAT).

Because they design tests for multiple teams/products across CAT, there will be a great deal of variety in this role. The manager is very flexible on backgrounds but prefers someone with a good deal of design experience & mechanical aptitude. (This role will NOT be running the tests themselves).

Must Haves:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Mechanical aptitude
• Design experience (CREO preferred)

Nice-to-Have:

• Test-design experience
