Rheo Engineering is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design of custom powder handling, transfer, and containment systems for pharmaceutical and related industries. In this role, you will own mechanical concepts, 3D models, and detailed drawings, ensuring safety, reliability, and cGMP compliance. You'll collaborate closely with process, controls, and fabrication teams, support customer-facing design reviews, and drive continuous improvement in performance, ergonomics, and manufacturability in a hands-on, innovation-driven environment.
