Engineering Manager

Are you an experienced engineering leader looking to make an impact with a growing manufacturer? We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a talented engineering team while driving innovation, quality, and continuous improvement in the design and delivery of complex industrial equipment.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Engineering Department.
• Manage engineering priorities, resources, and project workloads.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable industry standards.
• Partner with Sales, Project Management, Production, Procurement, and Installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement, value engineering, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support technical problem-solving, process improvements, and engineering best practices.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, heavy equipment, structural steel, industrial equipment, or a related industry.
• 2+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams across multiple projects.
• PE license preferred; SE license is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites and project locations.
