On-Site Service Representative, Part Time

• Report to a Supervisor or Manager of Onsite Services
• Service multiple customer locations
• Receive and stock purchased products in designated customer locations
• Maintain product stocking levels by scanning inventory for ordering purposes as inventory is depleted
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty
• Follow designated routes defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time
• Comply with facility safety and inspection requirements
• Engage customers to identify additional product needs and help create new orders
• Probe for customer needs during each site visit
• Work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings
• Help customers understand Grainger solutions for their business MRO needs

• 3 years' experience in a selling or service environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/or work in difficult positions
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle different technical and operational issues
• Valid driver's license in state of residence
• Must carry required levels of automobile insurance

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to identify and fulfill customer needs while maintaining inventory levels and compliance with safety standards. Proficient in using routing software tools to optimize service delivery and enhance productivity.
