We are seeking a motivated, flexible team member who is able to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our small business lending team for the organization.

Position Summary

Closing Coordinator for Small Business Loans products ensures files are completed and in accordance with established department procedures, bank policies, and regulations. Closing Coordinator works closely with Application Processors, Credit Analysts, and Relationship Manager to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified in file, in a timely and professional manner. This individual must possess excellent organization skills, problem solving skills, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Pre-closing file review for quality check and determination that all pre-closing requirements and conditions have been met, including detailed collateral where applicable.

Coordinating closings with borrowers for electronic closings (Docu Sign) or with originating Relationship Mangers for in-person closings. Drafting of loan documents following established processes, procedures, and regulations.

Obtaining loan documents from Loan Operations Department, where needed. Coordinating bookings and fundings with Loan Operations Department.

Post-closing file review for quality check to ensure loan documents executed correctly and any post-closing requirements and conditions have been met.

Maintenance of deals within WTFC underwriting system.

Other duties as directed.
