Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re partnered with a fast-growing company supporting critical infrastructure and grid modernization initiatives, and they’re looking to add an FP&A Manager to their finance team.

This is a highly analytical, high-visibility role focused on owning and improving FP&A processes, with broad exposure across operations, analytics, strategic finance, and M&A initiatives. This is a “manager of process” role, not people, ideal for someone who enjoys building, refining, and scaling finance infrastructure.

Highlights
  • Up to $160K base + bonus
  • High-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership
  • Ownership of FP&A processes, models, and reporting infrastructure
  • Opportunity to work with Power BI, AI tools, and modern data platforms
  • Exposure to M&A, investor materials, and strategic initiatives
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and improve forecasting models and FP&A processes across the business
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and board reporting
  • Build and refine models tied to revenue, margins, utilization, and capital planning
  • Analyze operational and financial performance to deliver actionable insights
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams
  • Lead reporting and analytics initiatives using Power BI and related tools
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled process improvements
  • Support M&A analysis, diligence, and strategic finance initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or similar
  • Strong financial modeling skills with ability to build from scratch
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Net Suite, or related tools preferred
  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and process improvement
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

If you enjoy owning and improving finance processes while partnering closely with leadership, this is a strong opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a growing organization.
