Data Scientist
We're looking for a Quantitative Trader to help build the models and strategies that drive trading performance.
This isn't a role where you'll spend months researching in isolation. You'll be identifying edges, building predictive models, automating processes, and seeing your work impact live markets in real time.
You'll work with large datasets, develop trading strategies, and collaborate with traders and developers to continuously improve performance.
Python, R, and SQL will be your tools. Statistics, curiosity, and problem-solving will be your edge.
They are open on years of experience, but you will need to of working in quantitative research, trading, data science, or another highly analytical environment. Experience in sports, betting, prediction markets, trading, or market data is a plus, but not essential.
The team is ambitious, collaborative, and obsessed with getting better every day. If you enjoy competition, ownership, and turning data into profit, you'll fit right in.
You can expect a base salary up to $200k + bonus (total compensation is completely open)
They have offices in Chicago & New York.
