The firm manages a substantial portfolio of properties and maintains relationships with a diverse group of institutional and private capital partners.
As the organization continues to expand its investment platform and pursue new acquisition and development opportunities, it seeks an Executive Vice President – Investments & Capital Markets to join its executive leadership team.
This individual will provide strategic leadership across investments, acquisitions, capital markets, fund management, and investor relations while helping drive the firm's next phase of growth.

The Executive Vice President – Investments & Capital Markets will be responsible for leading all aspects of the investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, underwriting, capital formation, portfolio strategy, investor relationships, and investment team leadership.
This executive will play a highly visible role in identifying and executing investment opportunities, securing debt and equity capital, and helping shape the firm's long-term strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Investment Platform Management- Lead the firm's investment platform, overseeing investment strategy, capital markets, fund management, and team development.
- Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing investments and capital markets team.
- Foster a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain best-in-class underwriting standards, reporting systems, and investment processes.
- Advise executive leadership on capital allocation, portfolio construction, risk management, and market positioning.
- Develop strategies that diversify capital sources, markets, asset classes, and investment structures while enhancing risk-adjusted returns.
- Lead investment activity from sourcing and origination through underwriting, due diligence, capitalization, closing, and transition to portfolio management.
- Source opportunities across core, value-add, and opportunistic investment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, investors, and industry participants to identify both marketed and off-market opportunities.
- Oversee financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, and investment analysis.
- Evaluate investment opportunities with a focus on returns, risk management, value creation, and downside protection.
- Lead investment committee presentations and executive-level recommendations.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, joint venture structures, partnership agreements, and other transaction documents.
- Lead debt and equity capital formation activities across the firm's investment portfolio and development pipeline.
- Structure and negotiate financing for acquisitions, developments, refinancings, and recapitalizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, private equity firms, banks, and alternative capital providers.
- Lead capital raising initiatives for both project-level and fund-level investment vehicles.
- Oversee investor communications, presentations, reporting, and relationship management.
- Structure capital stacks that optimize returns while maintaining prudent risk management.
- Evaluate market conditions and recommend financing, recapitalization, and disposition strategies.
