The bank is looking for a Personal Banker who will provide personalized education and expert recommendations to customers on a variety of banking products and services.

• Engage and Build Customer Relationships:

• Ensure Compliance:
  Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and controls to protect customer transactions and ensure security.
• Foster a Positive Workplace:
  Contribute to a positive, professional work culture by building strong working relationships, demonstrating respect, and maintaining a calm, courteous demeanor.
• New Account Processing:
  Manage the full process of opening new accounts, including data entry, completing necessary documentation, accepting deposits, and issuing debit cards.
• Sales and Success:
  Contribute to the branch’s success by meeting individual and team goals and participating in sales campaigns designed to elevate our services and offerings.

  Help generate loan and deposit growth, maintaining relationships within the bank’s risk parameters.

• Basic mathematical calculations and communication skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations and consistent practices
