Program Overview
The rotations are carried out in a variety of work environments such as corporate and division headquarters, manufacturing plants and other operating environments. A senior financial leader is assigned to each FPDP to mentor and advise participants while on the program.

- Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or similar.
- Geographically mobile and willing to do at least one six‑month assignment outside of home country.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
- 6 to 12 months of previous work experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Graduating BS/BA students with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong academic records.
- Demonstrated leadership through organizational involvement.
- Minimum of one internship in Finance or Accounting.
Base pay for this position is $50,700.00 – $. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
