The Opportunity
As a Deals - Financial Due Diligence Manager, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.
You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.

- Lead financial due diligence work streams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues.
- Develop strategic advice and business diligence services for clients.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables.
- Utilize financial modeling and analysis to support client transactions.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and value maximization.
- Navigate complex transactions and provide client support.
- Embrace technology and innovation to improve service delivery.
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 4 years of experience.
- At least one of the following: an active CPA License, Certified Financial Advisor (CFA), Chartered Accountant, or an MBA.
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance. - Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Utilizing advanced skills in mergers and acquisitions strategy.
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and review.
- Managing complex deal management processes effectively.
- Embracing change and innovation in financial due diligence.
- Developing strategic questioning and analytical thinking skills.
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
