Responsibilities
- Applies accounting principles and statistical analysis adhering to generally accepted accounting principles in the preparation of financial statements
- Coordinates, manages and reviews the preparations of financial reporting for Trillium Place and its subsidiaries
- Prepares financial statements of Trillium Place and related organizations
- Consolidates the financial statements of all the affiliates
- Creates financial reports of Trillium Place for the Board and Executive Management
- Serves on internal governing boards and/or finance committees
- Produces supporting schedules for management to use in analyzing the financial reports
- Provides documentation and review tax return filings prepared by Central Tax team
- Assists the central team in annual financial audit as necessary
- Maintains compliance with Personnel policies and procedures
- Responsible for creation and oversight of operating budgeting, capital budgeting, reimbursement reporting, and variance reporting
- Completes preparation and implements the annual operating budget for the region
- Completes statistical reporting for internal and external reporting
- Analyzes financial data and reports variances to Executive leadership
- Provides assistance to departments related to managing financial results
- Works with administrators, physicians, department heads, and the Board to evaluate existing financial reporting needs
- Uses innovation and analytical skills to create efficiencies by streamlining processes
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience
- Preferred:
