I am partnered with a leading personal care and home care manufacturing company in the search for a Plant Controller in Illinois.
Responsibilities- Manage plant financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close activities.
- Partner with internal teams by providing financial analysis and data to support customer-related requests.
- Serve as the link between plant operations and corporate finance to align objectives, reporting, and financial standards.
- Support audit preparation, ensure accurate cost accounting, and help maintain compliance with applicable GAAP requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
- 3+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
