We're partnering with a growing financial services firm seeking an experienced Loans & Distributions Specialist to join their retirement operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands‑on experience processing brokerage retirement plan distributions and loan transactions.

• Process retirement plan loan requests and distributions accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify paperwork to ensure compliance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with brokerage partners, custodians, and internal teams to facilitate timely transaction processing.
• Handle hardship withdrawals, in-service distributions, rollovers, loan repayments, and loan defaults.
• Respond to client and advisor inquiries regarding loans and distributions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions meet service level expectations.
• Identify and resolve processing issues while delivering an exceptional client experience.

• 2+ years of experience processing retirement plan loans and distributions.
• Required:
  
  Experience handling brokerage retirement plan distributions.
• Strong understanding of retirement plan operations and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
