Job SummaryWe are seeking an ambitious and proactive Investor Relations Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a junior or senior business student eager to gain hands-on experience in investment management, investor relations, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- * Follow-up & Nurture Investor Pipeline
:
Engage with potential investors, track communications, and provide timely follow-ups to maintain relationships and build trust. - * Conduct Initial Investor Consultations

Set up and conduct introductory meetings with investors, clearly articulating our investment strategies and opportunities. - * Lead Generation & Outreach

Attend networking events, industry conferences, and company-sponsored functions to represent APEX CAPITAL GROUP and generate investor leads. - * Investor Communication

Assist in drafting emails, newsletters, and reports to keep investors informed about ongoing projects and opportunities. - * Database Management

Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and update CRM tools to track engagement and follow-ups. - * Market Research & Industry Insights

Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to enhance investor conversations. - * Workload is 10-20 hours per week
Minimum Qualifications:
- * Currently enrolled in a junior or senior year of a Business, Finance, Economics, or related program.
- * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to networking and relationship building.
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or finance is beneficial but not required.
- * Hands-on experience in investment management and investor relations.
- * Networking opportunities with industry professionals and high-net-worth investors.
- * Potential for full-time employment post-graduation based on performance.
- * Compensation: $18//hour + Bonuses
