This is a full-time, on-site Clinic Director role located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Clinic Director will oversee clinic operations, lead a team of therapists, and ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and driving the clinic’s performance to meet operational and financial goals. The Clinic Director will also engage in patient care and build relationships with physicians, patients, and the local community to support the clinic’s growth and success.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and related therapeutic practices
- Knowledge of Medicine, Orthopedics, and Healthcare principles
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Ability to foster community relationships and drive clinic development
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist or related field is required
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a closely related field
- Experience in clinical management or leadership is preferred
