Expected pay for this position is $31.19 - $44.03/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Process Educator LPN â – OSF OnCall Urgent Care provides training and education that is consistent with clinical standards within OSF OnCall and the urgent care model. Clinical Educator assesses the education, competency, and skill-building needs of Mission Partners and providers. Responsible for development and implementation of innovative, high quality education created in accordance with best practice and in alignment with the strategic goals and clinical initiatives of OSF.

Responsible for the implementation of clinical standards of care/policies and ensuring nursing/clinical competency as well as regulatory requirements. May travel at least 50% of the time outside of the home region.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:
  
  High School/GED + sate accredited practical nursing program completion
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  LPN (IL)
• Experience:
  
  3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Other:
  Interpersonal/communication skills necessary to effectively lead, guide, and collaborate with frontline Mission Partners, physicians, and organizational leadership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledgeable on Electronic Health Record
• May travel at least 50% of the time outside of the home region

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years of previous clinical nursing experience at the office/clinic or similar
• Epic - EMR
• Process improvement training and experience
