Chicago Health and Physical Therapy is a small private multidisciplinary medical practice that specializes in outpatient physical therapy. We treat a variety of musculoskeletal disorders; chronic/acute pain syndromes, pelvic floor dysfunctions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports injuries among others.

We pride ourselves on providing an environment where practitioners have enough time with patients and continually support the utilization of their physical, mental and holistic skills to practice medicine as best they can!

Our medical professionals have been serving Chicago with a conservative and holistic approach to patient care since 1922. We currently have a team of chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists. We plan to expand to integrate nutritional, mental and pain management services for our patients as well.

Job Description:

Our small private multidisciplinary practice is seeking a Physical Therapist with experience, to join our team. We pride ourselves on looking at the whole person, not just their injury, and provide a holistic approach to health care and wellness for every patient we treat.

We were rated at the #1 Physical Therapy Practice in Portage Park! We are looking for a motivated individual who really enjoys their work as a therapist and is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients.

Physical Therapist Qualifications and Skills
  • 1+ years of professional PT/DPT experience is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Valid Illinois State Physical Therapist license
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
  • Basic computer skills
  • CPR and first aid certification required
Bonus Skills we are seeking:
  • Provide manual therapy and exercises to address pelvic floor dysfunctions such as bladder/bowel incontinence in men and women, prenatal/postpartum care, pain with intercourse, diastasis recti separation, scar mobilization, etc.
