$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time). Hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekends.

Qualifications
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
  • CPR certification
  • AOTA membership preferred
  • Experience treating all ages a plus (from pediatrics to geriatrics)
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services
  • Supervise OT Assistants as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care
  • Complete documentation and case management
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and service excellence
