Compensation:

  • Hourly Range: $32.61 – $49.28
  • Estimated Annual Range: $61,045 – $92,252

Sign-On Bonus:

  • $15,000 with 1-year commitment (new grads and experienced RNs eligible)

Relocation Assistance:

  • Up to $6,000 (in-state)
  • Up to $12,000 (out-of-state)
  • Must meet relocation eligibility requirements and receive approval
Position Overview

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care across the continuum. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting patients and families physically, emotionally, and psychologically.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Practice

  • Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care plans
  • Provides care in accordance with nursing standards, best practices, and regulatory guidelines
  • Monitors patient conditions and responds appropriately to clinical changes
  • Maintains accurate, timely, and complete documentation

Collaboration & Care Coordination

  • Works closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve care goals and quality outcomes
  • Delegates tasks appropriately and functions as a key member of the care team
  • Advocates for patients and families to ensure safe, effective care

Education & Support

  • Educates patients and families on treatment plans and health needs
  • Assists in orientation and mentoring of new staff
  • Promotes a supportive, compassionate care environment

Quality & Safety

  • Participates in quality improvement and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment
  • Follows infection prevention and safety protocols

Professional Development

  • Maintains current knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulatory standards
  • Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and continuous learning
Requirements

Licensure & Certifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state
  • BLS (American Heart Association) required prior to start

Education

  • Associate Degree in Nursing required
  • BSN preferred

Experience

  • New graduates accepted
  • Prior RN experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Skills

  • Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
Work Environment &

Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, and patient care activities
  • Ability to lift or assist patients (35+ lbs)
  • Exposure to infectious diseases, blood borne pathogens, and clinical hazards
  • Ability to respond quickly in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
