Pay range for this position is $34.25 - $51.13/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Cancer Care Center Registered Nurse will provide expert care for oncology patients using a multidisciplinary approach. The Cancer Care Center Registered Nurse evaluates and treats oncology patients, following outlined protocols. Compassionate care and ongoing professional development are key to success in this role.

• Education:
  
  Associate degree in nursing
• Experience:
  
  1 year of nursing experience
• Licensure/ Certification:
  Illinois Registered Nurse License, American Heart Association CPR or BLS certification within 90 days of hire OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) &/or a magnet approved certification or obtained within 3 years of hire. Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate within 3 months of hire for sites administering chemotherapy.
• Other Skills/ Knowledge:
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

  Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Experience:
  
  1 year or more of Oncology nursing in an outpatient setting
