In this position, you’ll receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to the field of physical therapy.

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during the daily check‑in and throughout their appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients by reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
• Support the Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

• High School diploma.
• 18+ years of age.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students).
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
