Assists the interdisciplinary treatment team in patient assessments and the development of goal-directed treatment.;
Documents activities according to the policies and procedures of the IIAR.;
Provides group and individual therapies for all patients as assigned with a CBT focus.;
Maintains a therapeutic milieu and safety, de-escalates with CPI techniques, and participates in safety monitoring.;
Participates in interdisciplinary clinical staffing and ensures pertinent information is provided to the team.
