Deputy Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic compassionate and motivated Deputy manager to join our welcoming 11-Bed care home for older adults.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside management in delivering a high quality, person centred care within a supportive and homely environment.

As Deputy manager you will play a key leadership role ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and dignified care while supporting and developing our dedicated team.

• Ensuring high standards of care, quality assurance and clinical governance are maintained.
• Eligible for registration as a Supervisor with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
• Minimum of SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent (minimum required for registration with SSSC)
• Willingness to undertake further training to at least HNC level
• An additional supervisory or management qualification containing supervision or management.
