• Provide non-medical care and assistance to clients in their homes, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Encourage independence and participate in goal-setting with clients
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns to the client's care team
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
