PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (PTA0 ( FULL-TIME)

Busy Rheumatology group in Skokie, IL is looking for a Licenses Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who will join our current Physical Therapy Department .

We offer a four day work week Monday through Thursday (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) - No nights or weekends!! Three-day weekend every week!

Responsibilities:

• Promote and maintain health by providing physical therapy services under the supervision of a physical therapist.
• Provide excellent patient care for our patients to achieve positive outcomes and engaging experience with our Physical Therapy Department
• Follow and administer the treatment plans outlined by the Physical Therapist..
• Be aware of treatment protocols and goals for each patient.
• Document patient services by utilizing the EMR for all treatment notes.
• Treat patients, answer any questions or concerns and educate them on their progress and rehabilitation.
• Communicate with the Physical Therapist regarding current status and review any concerns you may have regarding a patient.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, and adhering to infection control policies and protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Illinois Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
• Completed Physical Therapy Assistant Program at an accredited school.
• At least two years of experience preferred, not required
