Role:
Provide medical evaluation and emergency care for plasma donors within a regulated collection setting, ensuring donor safety and compliance.
Responsibilities:- assess donor suitability through interviews, medical history, and test result reviews;
- administer routine care per SOPs;
- respond to medical issues and escape critical cases;
- counsel donors on reactive test results and refer for follow-up;
- collaborate with the Center Medical Director and staff.
- healthcare background with graduation from paramedic, nursing, physician assistant, chiropractic, medical school, or naturopathic program;
- current licensure or certification (state-specific);
- minimum one year in healthcare;
- experience in blood or plasma collection preferred;
- ability to perform physical assessments.
