The Couri Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our busy front-office team.

This is a highly patient-facing position responsible for helping our office run smoothly throughout the day. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing excellent service to every patient.

• Greet and check in patients
• Check patients out and schedule follow-up appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient questions
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Collect and verify insurance information
• Process patient payments and credit card transactions
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
• Assist with paperwork, patient follow-up, and other front-office duties
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff throughout the day

• Previous medical office or front-desk experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused
• Comfortable with frequent phone and in-person patient interaction
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn and work efficiently within an electronic medical record system
• Experience with Phreesia/Intergy is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy medical office
• High school diploma or equivalent
