• Assist in development/revision of BHC policies and procedures.
• Compile data as requested.
• Provide training to other program staff as needed.
• Masters level clinicians will provide mentoring and/or supervision to interns as requested.

• Assist with growth of the program and increase access to care via the ability to provide clinical services to more complex caseloads and behavioral health needs.
• Complete initial IM+CANS assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans per Rule 140.
• Review and modify treatment plans as necessary to assist individuals in achieving goals.
• Complete 180-day reassessments per Rule 140.
• 5. Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.
• Provide community support and case management as needed to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed, and document within required time frame.
• Complete progress notes and other required documentation in compliance with agency policy.
• Provide and assist with referrals, linkage, and follow-up services as needed.
• Meet productivity requirements through direct contact with people supported, using a recovery-based and trauma-informed approach.
• Maintain and update individual’s information within the electronic record system.
• Collaborate with other program staff to ensure individuals’ needs are met.
• Participate in staff meetings, committees, and other agency events as requested.
• Arrive to work, meetings, and all work-related functions on time. Report any absence, tardiness, or schedule change to supervisor as soon as possible.
• Successfully complete program training requirements.
• Attend conferences, seminars, and in-service training as requested or approved.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• As a mandated reporter, ensure all allegations of abuse and neglect are reported as required.

The posted salary range is based on experience and licensures.

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field; clinical license (LCSW, LCPC) preferred.
• Successfully completed 1000 hours of practicum and/or internship under clinical and educational supervision.
• One year of documented clinical experience under the supervision of a QMHP.
• Experience with MRO Mental Health service provision preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• 1+ years’ experience working with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health preferred.
• IM+CANS certification preferred; or obtain certification within first 30 days.
