FOX Rehabilitation is seeking motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide hands-on, in-home and senior living care in Rockford, IL. You will work with a supervising PT to implement individualized treatment plans and guide patients through exercises to rebuild strength and confidence in their homes.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll grow clinically, manage your caseload, and enjoy mentorship within FOX’s Geriatric House Calls model, delivering care where patients live
